We are actively searching for dedicated and service-oriented professionals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. This role involves managing inbound customer interactions for prominent brands, utilizing our specialized systems to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and guarantee customer satisfaction.
This is a telephone-based customer service opportunity offering scheduling flexibility and the capability to provide support from your designated workspace. A comprehensive multi-stage onboarding and client certification process is mandatory before service commencement.
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, concerns, or product/service challenges
- Utilize provided technological tools to document and resolve customer requirements precisely
- Adhere to established communication and case management protocols
- Engage in mandatory certification courses to qualify for client assignments
- Deliver service professionally and in alignment with brand standards
- Maintain performance benchmarks in quality, communication, and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum age of 18
- Authorization to work in the United States
- U.S. resident (excluding residents of CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, or WI)
- Exceptional communication and active listening capabilities
- Fundamental computer knowledge and typing proficiency
- Capacity to follow detailed instructions and meet performance standards
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Spanish language skills considered advantageous
