Responsibilities
- Recruit, guide, and lead a team of Enterprise Architects responsible for shaping enterprise-wide architecture, data frameworks, and cloud strategies for major client engagements.
- Serve as a senior-level advisor during pre- and post-sales cycles, delivering strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and collaborating with client architecture and security groups.
- Lead the team in creating forward-looking technology designs that support digital transformation, apply capability modeling, and integrate emerging innovations such as Agentic AI.
- Function as the key technical liaison between internal product and engineering units and external client organizations to ensure high-impact solution delivery.
- Supervise evaluations of clients' existing IT environments and guide account teams and partners on best practices in system integration, performance optimization, and scalable design.
- Drive the creation of standardized technical assets, reusable project templates, and strategic content including whitepapers and presentations on architectural advancement and innovation.
