Responsibilities
- Guide the strategic planning, design, and execution of enterprise data systems that support long-term business objectives.
- Define and advocate for a unified vision for data integration, analytics, and business intelligence across diverse business areas and platforms.
- Create and deploy scalable, high-efficiency data warehouses and BI environments using Oracle NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, NetSuite ERP, SuiteCommerce Advanced, and other cloud and on-premise technologies.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in establishing data governance policies, data modeling standards, and integration architectures to ensure consistent data movement across systems.
- Convert business needs into enterprise-level technical requirements, aligning data architecture with organizational IT strategy and regulatory compliance.
- Design comprehensive data pipelines, integration frameworks, and governance models to support the unified flow of structured and unstructured data from hybrid sources.
- Provide expert guidance on assessing and adopting new data technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage the rollout and integration of major data programs, ensuring they meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to present architectural strategies and support digital transformation goals.
- Lead and develop technical teams, promoting innovation and continuous improvement in data, BI, and integration practices.
- Perform architecture evaluations and advise on optimal approaches for data security, regulatory compliance, and system efficiency.
- Facilitate technical workshops, training, and client collaboration sessions to drive solution adoption and strengthen client relationships.
- Help shape internal standards, frameworks, and methodologies for data architecture and integration.
- Maintain awareness of evolving industry trends and emerging technologies to advance the maturity of enterprise data systems.
