Drive post-sale growth for health plans and healthcare organizations by owning the lifecycle of key accounts and channel partnerships. You'll shape and execute strategic account plans with a focus on revenue expansion, contract renewals, and cross-sell initiatives, ensuring sustained client success and zero attrition.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement account strategies for a portfolio of strategic clients and channel partners, identifying pathways to scale and deepen engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior clinical, quality, and population health leaders to position the company as a mission-critical partner.
- Lead renewal and expansion cycles, maintaining high retention rates through proactive planning and value reinforcement.
- Activate revenue through channel partners by co-developing go-to-market strategies, enabling scalable commercial models, and driving joint execution.
- Partner with Client Delivery, Product, Marketing, and Operations to refine solutions, strengthen value messaging, and influence product direction based on client insights.
- Manage forecasting for expansion and partner-originated revenue, tracking pipeline health, growth KPIs, and account performance with precision.
- Operate effectively in a fast-evolving environment, applying analytical rigor, disciplined follow-through, and strategic insight to deliver consistent results.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years in customer success, strategic account management, or expansion sales, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or diagnostics.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue targets in renewal, upsell, and partner-led growth models.
- Skilled in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments and influencing executive decision-makers.
- Strong communicator capable of translating clinical impact, financial ROI, and strategic value to diverse leadership audiences.
- Proficient in data analysis, forecasting, and CRM management, with a disciplined approach to pipeline tracking.
