Responsibilities
- Identify and convert enterprise clients, with a focus on the DACH region.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, from initial contact to signed agreement and transition to customer success.
- Apply consultative techniques to uncover client challenges, assess business needs, and propose customized AI-driven automation solutions that generate measurable returns.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-level executives, including those in operations, innovation, and IT departments.
- Work closely with internal teams in product, engineering, and marketing to align client requirements with future product development.
- Manage existing strategic accounts to ensure retention and uncover new revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
- Help define and refine enterprise go-to-market strategies, sales methodologies, and account-based engagement models.
