As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll lead client acquisition and sales strategy in France for a rapidly scaling AI security company. Your focus will be on winning new enterprise business, engaging key stakeholders, and guiding organizations through technical sales processes in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new enterprise clients and exceed revenue targets through strategic outreach and consultative selling.
  • Analyze market developments and customer requirements to shape effective sales approaches and partnership strategies.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, clearly communicating technical value and guiding them through complex purchasing processes.
  • Manage multi-party enterprise sales cycles involving pilots, integrations, and technical evaluations.
  • Identify emerging customer segments and use cases to broaden product adoption.
  • Deliver structured customer insights to influence product development and roadmap planning.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot to ensure operational efficiency and forecasting reliability.
  • Collaborate on refining sales processes, documentation, and methodologies to strengthen team performance.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of five years in B2B sales, with demonstrated success selling to enterprise and mid-market clients in France and broader EMEA regions.
  • Fluent professional proficiency in both French and English.
  • Experience in early-stage startups and a track record of building processes in evolving environments.
  • Background selling through distribution channels and marketplace partners.
  • Understanding of AI, large language models, or cybersecurity technologies and enterprise sales dynamics.
  • Proven ability to close strategic, multi-stakeholder deals with senior executives at major organizations.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution skills and long-term planning ability.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Passion for advancing AI in a secure, ethical, and responsible manner.
  • Self-starter mentality with a hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership.
