Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a high-potential sales pipeline through proactive outreach to target enterprise accounts.
- Engage with qualified leads generated by the Business Development team.
- Pursue and convert opportunities originating from Marketing and Channel Sales initiatives.
- Improve lead and opportunity conversion by applying the MEDDPICC framework and aligning with the customer journey.
- Adopt proven sales strategies from top performers while experimenting with innovative techniques.
- Work closely with Marketing, BDRs, Sales Engineering, Technical and Product teams, and Sales Leadership to advance deals efficiently.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all sales activities, progress, and insights in Salesforce.
- Lead negotiations and close enterprise-level contracts by understanding client objectives, challenges, and expected return on investment.
- Utilize free trial periods to deepen engagement and showcase product value.
- Design comprehensive, win-win agreements using the full suite of offerings to support sustained annual recurring revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of five years in B2B SaaS sales with a history of consistently surpassing sales targets.
- Proven experience selling to technical decision-makers such as CTOs, Security leads, and Engineering executives.
- Demonstrated background in managing complex, multi-stage enterprise sales processes.
- Self-driven hunter mentality with the ability to independently generate and expand a sales pipeline.
- Track record of successfully closing six-figure deals involving multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptable and resilient in fast-moving, evolving environments with a strong learning mindset.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in bot management or adjacent technology domains.
- Background selling to cybersecurity teams or within the cybersecurity sector.

Compensation
The expected total compensation is $300,000 OTE, combining base salary and performance-based commission.
