About the Role
This role is responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers through proactive outreach, needs assessment, and solution presentation, with a focus on long-term client partnerships and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within targeted enterprise accounts
- Conduct outreach to decision-makers through phone, email, and social platforms
- Lead discovery calls to understand prospect challenges and business goals
- Present customized solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Negotiate terms and close new business agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff post-sale
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop account strategies for high-value prospects
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Participate in product and sales training sessions
- Represent the company at industry events and webinars
- Follow up on marketing-qualified leads in a timely manner
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of enterprise prospects
- Use data to prioritize outreach and forecast accuracy
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure
