DeepJudge was looking for an Enterprise Account Director – US Large Law Firms

DeepJudge is looking for an Enterprise Account Director – US Large Law Firms to own sales strategy and new customer acquisition within the AmLaw 200 segment. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint across top-tier US law firms.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage potential clients, strategically qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives.
  • Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients, uncovering growth opportunities and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute sales presentations to inform, persuade, and close business.
  • Attend seminars, trade shows, and other events to represent DeepJudge and meet clients.
  • Travel, usually a few days a month, to foster market share growth with existing and prospective clients.
  • Learn, develop, and evangelize new ways for DeepJudge to differentiate itself in the marketplace.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record in Legal Tech.
  • Deep experience handling complex sales cycles and high-stakes decision-maker structures.
  • US-based candidate (East Coast preferred), able to operate effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • Self-motivated with a consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
  • Consultative, value-based mindset with excellent negotiation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Enterprise search or agentic AI experience.

Team & Environment

You will work alongside the VP of Sales and report directly to them.
