- Deliver accurate information and knowledgeable guidance to customers as needed.

- Resolve customer inquiries independently, escalating only when no further resolution options exist.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and concise records for every customer case.
- Adhere to assigned schedules and meet client-defined attendance targets.
- Initiate outbound calls periodically to follow up on various customer matters.
- Operate multiple software applications simultaneously during customer interactions.
