As an Engineering Project Management Coordinator, you will play a central role in aligning engineering initiatives with business and client requirements. Working fully remotely within the EST time zone, you'll ensure projects progress smoothly by overseeing timelines, resources, and deliverables across distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Project Insight, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Monitor team capacity and adjust task assignments to maintain balanced workloads
- Track financial performance by comparing actual spend against budgets and identifying discrepancies
- Generate client invoices and contribute to cost estimate development
- Set up and configure new projects, dashboards, and custom fields in Project Insight
- Train team members on effective use of Project Insight and promote consistent practices
- Oversee quality assurance at the task level and ensure documentation is complete and accessible
- Manage SharePoint sites and Lists to support reliable document control
- Perform minor content updates on WordPress, including news items and team profiles
- Support migration efforts from SharePoint to Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Identify opportunities to improve processes for greater efficiency and visibility
