Responsibilities
- Manage and guide a cross-functional engineering team of 8 to 12 members
- Collaborate closely with a Product Manager to jointly lead product development
- Maintain strong ownership over both the product being built and the technical implementation
- Ensure timely delivery with high quality, system stability, and proper handling of dependencies
- Oversee technical standards and architectural decisions within the team's domain
- Drive measurable improvements in team performance using DORA metrics
- Support the professional development and well-being of team engineers
- Balance hands-on technical work with design, coding, and coaching responsibilities

Compensation
