- Partner with teams across the organization to shape and implement a technical strategy that supports company goals and core mission.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle to deliver reliable, intuitive applications that meet the specific needs of the child welfare sector.
- Keep current with new technologies and engineering standards to foster innovation and ensure long-term platform growth and stability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and other stakeholders to convert business needs into effective technical implementations, prioritizing usability and system performance.
- Advocate for and apply agile practices to maintain team agility, efficiency, and responsiveness to changing project demands.
