As an Engineering Manager at Liblab, you'll guide a fullstack team responsible for building and evolving critical services within a widely used API platform. You'll combine hands-on technical contributions with leadership, helping shape system architecture while fostering individual growth across client and backend engineers.
What You’ll Do
- Design and plan the evolution of core platform services, balancing scalability, reliability, and simplicity
- Support engineers in advancing their technical and professional skills through mentorship and structured feedback
- Drive team effectiveness by cultivating a culture of ownership, clarity, and high-impact delivery
- Collaborate with other engineering leaders on cross-functional initiatives that improve engineering practices and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years leading engineering teams that deliver customer-facing software
- Hands-on experience with one or more languages such as Typescript, Python, Java, Go, C#, or PHP
- Proven ability managing fullstack developers across frontend and backend domains
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience

Work Environment

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $229,000, accompanied by a competitive equity package.
