Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of engineers through coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support
- Drive a development squad toward delivering product vision and strategic goals
- Establish and track performance indicators related to technical strategy execution
- Oversee the creation of scalable software systems, offering technical leadership and advocating development best practices
- Ensure software quality adheres to established company standards
- Participate in shaping system architecture to enhance service efficiency and adaptability
- Support the production of high-standard code by engaging in code and design evaluation processes
- Train and mentor engineers in areas such as system design, team objectives, and coding guidelines
- Promote knowledge dissemination within the organization and to external audiences
- Assess practical viability by analyzing requirements, problem scope, and proposed technical solutions
- Partner with Product Owners by offering technical insights to support business decisions
- Work collaboratively with teams to generate and implement innovative product features
