The Role

Competencies
Must Have:
- Proven track record of leading teams through initial product development stages
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and resilience under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to recruit top-tier engineering talent
- Hands-on expertise in one of these domains:
- Infrastructure/Platform Engineering
- Security Engineering
- SRE/DevOps
Preferred:
- Experience scaling distributed and high-load infrastructure
- Robust security engineering background
- Advanced DevOps proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD
Nice to Have:
- Background in distributed ML systems or GPU environments
- Cross-functional collaboration with research teams
- Startup founding experience
- Open source contributions
- Cryptocurrency industry exposure
