Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle product rollouts including credit offerings, payment acquiring systems, and internal tools
- Coach engineering team members through regular feedback, career development guidance, and mentorship
- Improve team workflows by establishing and iterating on planning, task breakdown, and delivery practices for cross-functional groups
- Promote a sustainable work environment by ensuring clear priorities, open communication, and reliable support structures
- Ensure high backend code standards by influencing system design in Go, evaluating technical approaches, and maintaining hands-on familiarity with the code
