Responsibilities
- Guide technical direction across multiple levels of a fast-expanding AI agents product.
- Build and apply state-of-the-art AI models, infrastructure, and browser-based tools to expand system capabilities and support user growth.
- Apply strong technical and product insight to shape system design and long-term development plans.
- Ensure high standards in product stability, code integrity, AI performance assessment, testing practices, and system upkeep.
- Manage recruitment, integration, and professional development for a scaling engineering team, including designing effective technical interviews.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve strategic goals that push the boundaries of AI technology.
