Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship for engineers, promoting a culture rooted in accountability, inclusive teamwork, and high technical standards.
- Define and implement the foundational technology stack, tools, and long-term technical roadmap to support scalable distributed systems handling large-scale data and advanced modeling.
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Power Systems teams to align objectives and convert intricate energy system requirements into robust software solutions.
- Deliver in-depth technical leadership on architecture and development, with a hands-on approach to resolving critical roadblocks and accelerating team progress.

Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time role is $207,000 - $304,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation varies by location and is based on skills, experience, and education. Final salary range will be discussed during the hiring process.
