Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing software engineering team specializing in compute and platform infrastructure
- Guide the architectural strategy for the compute platform with a focus on scalability, reliability, and developer usability
- Actively participate in designing, building, and optimizing core compute systems including orchestration, provisioning, scaling, and runtimes
- Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Backend teams to align priorities and ensure seamless integrations
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and technical mentorship sessions
- Promote a culture rooted in accountability, engineering quality, and ongoing improvement
- Convert strategic goals into clear, executable plans and oversee their timely completion
- Shape the platform's technical roadmap through practical and forward-thinking decisions
- Advocate for strong software development practices, automation, and operational rigor
