Responsibilities
- Conducts engineering research and develops designs in alignment with technical and customer requirements.
- Executes planning, performance tracking, capacity analysis, testing, validation, and benchmarking activities.
- Creates and organizes an engineering management plan including staffing strategies.
- Evaluates and prepares technical documentation focused on system integration and performance metrics.
- May lead and oversee a technical team through all phases of project execution.
- Completes additional tasks as directed.
