Responsibilities
- Create and implement machine learning models for forecasting, optimization, and content generation using statistical modeling, deep learning, and analytical methods.
- Lead the full lifecycle development of machine learning and autonomous agent workflows, guiding them from initial design to live deployment.
- Develop intelligent, self-operating workflows that make decisions and learn from experience using tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
- Design robust, modular architectures for agentic systems with built-in monitoring, error resilience, and long-term maintainability.
- Demonstrate practical experience with cloud environments, especially Google Cloud Platform, including cloud-based model training, workflow orchestration, and performance tracking.
- Define and share best practices for deploying AI agents, covering prompt handling, memory management, coordination logic, error recovery, and automatic model updates.
- Regularly assess and refine the performance of models and agents using structured testing, reinforcement learning with human feedback, prompt adjustments, and iterative feedback mechanisms.
- Gather, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources using SQL and similar languages, applying methods to detect anomalies and manage incomplete records.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to embed AI and agent-based systems into scalable, business-aligned platforms.
- Guide less experienced engineers, perform code evaluations, and assist in shaping technical architecture and design choices.
- Drive decisions on which machine learning and agentic tools, libraries, and infrastructure to adopt for optimal development speed and deployment efficiency.
- Monitor advancements in AI, autonomous agents, and related fields to support innovation and ongoing technical improvement.
- Apply solid software engineering principles in writing, testing, and maintaining production-grade code.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
