Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and maintain test plans and procedures for DC and RF power supplies, matching networks, and plasma power components.
- Configure and operate test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters, and RF loads.
- Conduct functional, performance, environmental, and burn-in testing on both new and existing products.
- Diagnose test failures and collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to determine root causes.
- Support design verification testing and product qualification processes.
- Write automated test scripts using LabVIEW, Python, or similar programming tools.
- Ensure all testing activities comply with applicable industry and safety regulations.
- Record test outcomes, prepare reports, and contribute to engineering change requests.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and field service.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
