This position is responsible for managing and executing engineering projects from concept through implementation. The individual will apply technical expertise to solve complex challenges, support product development, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource estimates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical goals
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements
- Prepare technical documentation and reports
- Support design and development of new products
- Conduct testing and validation activities
- Analyze data to inform engineering decisions
- Troubleshoot technical issues during development
- Implement process improvements
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Participate in design reviews and technical evaluations
- Interface with manufacturing and operations teams
- Support scale-up and transfer of processes
- Monitor project performance against milestones
- Apply engineering principles to solve complex problems
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies
- Communicate progress to stakeholders
