Rochester Regional Health is looking for an EMR Analyst - Ambulatory to join our team. In this role, you will design, build, test, validate, and support Care Connect, our EMR system. You will use your in-depth software knowledge to learn operational workflows and collaborate with the EMR team and operational leaders to stabilize and optimize the system.
What You'll Do
- Work with operational leadership to develop and test future-state workflows and principal trainers to design and develop role-based training programs.
- Design, validate, and implement operational workflows and advance system design.
- Teach end-users proper use of the application.
- Identify testing requirements, adjust Testing Toolkit test scripts, and collaborate with testing coordinators and workgroups.
- Identify, document, and track testing-related issues through completion.
What We're Looking For
- EMR Certification (to be obtained within 6 months after hire, if required for job function).
Nice to Have
- Associates Degree.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Understanding of clinical/peripheral healthcare functions and work processes.
- Understanding of technology related to functional processes and workflow.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary Range: $60,500.00 - $78,000.00
