About the Role
This role focuses on developing and managing partnerships with employers to enhance recruitment pipelines, internships, and job placements for business students.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with new corporate partners
- Collaborate with employers to understand hiring needs and recruitment goals
- Organize and lead on-campus interview programs and career fairs
- Coordinate employer information sessions and networking events
- Serve as primary contact for employer inquiries and recruitment logistics
- Track employer engagement metrics and outcomes
- Support internship program development and employer onboarding
- Advise students on employer opportunities and application processes
- Develop outreach materials to promote college talent to employers
- Maintain accurate records in the college's relationship management system
- Evaluate employer feedback to improve career services offerings
- Partner with academic departments to align employer needs with curriculum
- Facilitate employer advisory board meetings
- Travel to employer sites and industry events as needed
- Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices
- Assist in planning and executing employer recognition events
- Monitor job and internship postings for compliance and relevance
- Provide data analysis on placement trends to stakeholders
- Ensure employer communications reflect college branding and standards
- Support alumni employer engagement initiatives
- Develop onboarding resources for new employer partners
- Coordinate mock interviews and recruitment readiness programs
- Respond to employer requests for student talent pipelines
- Foster long-term relationships through consistent follow-up
- Contribute to strategic planning for employer outreach
