Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding for new engineering team members
- Improve internal tooling and documentation accessibility
- Collaborate with engineering leads to identify process inefficiencies
- Support rollout of new development platforms and systems
- Track and report on engineering productivity metrics
- Coordinate training sessions for engineering best practices
- Maintain regional knowledge bases and technical resources
- Gather feedback from engineers to inform platform improvements
- Troubleshoot access and permissions issues for development tools
- Assist in standardizing development environments
- Monitor adoption of new engineering workflows
- Escalate technical or organizational blockers to leadership
- Ensure compliance with internal engineering policies
- Organize knowledge-sharing forums across EMEA teams
- Act as a regional point of contact for engineering operations
