Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5 or more years of professional experience in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation disciplines
- Proven background in developing embedded software for systems based on microcontrollers or digital signal processors
- Practical expertise with cross compilers, logic analyzers, debuggers, programmers, and other essential embedded development tools
- Ability to read and understand electronic schematics
- Strong interpersonal abilities, clear communication, and effective presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to positively impact team dynamics
- Solid grasp of engineering design methodologies and associated tools
Nice to Have
- Experience in Industrial Automation, Electrical Devices, or Wireless Technologies domains
- Prior involvement in Substation Monitoring, Transformer Monitoring, or Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) development
