In this role, you'll lead end-to-end email initiatives for direct-to-consumer travel and health insurance products across the Asia-Pacific region, aligning with regional goals and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement email marketing plans that support customer acquisition, retention, and revenue targets
- Define campaign objectives and KPIs, then execute across multiple brands and markets
- Collaborate with local marketing leads to develop creative briefs, messaging, and visual assets that meet compliance and performance goals
- Ensure all email content adheres to regulatory requirements by coordinating with compliance teams
- Run A/B and multivariate tests on subject lines, content, and audience segments to optimize performance
- Track and report on key metrics including open rates, click-throughs, and conversions
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with country teams to build and maintain email campaign calendars
- Set up and manage email databases and platforms, working closely with IT on data workflows
- Develop segmentation models to support personalization and remarketing efforts
- Build and maintain a testing roadmap to continuously improve email effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation systems
- Familiarity with HTML for email development and web analytics tools
- Ability to work across functions, including marketing, sales, IT, compliance, and creative teams
- Strong analytical mindset with clear communication skills
- Experience in regulated industries—especially insurance or financial services—is a plus
- Preference given to candidates with experience in Acoustic or Adobe Campaign
- Background in setting up email databases or configuring marketing platforms is highly valued
