About the Role
The candidate will manage end-to-end email marketing operations, including strategy development, audience segmentation, content coordination, and performance analysis to improve deliverability and conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and schedule email campaigns across multiple customer journeys
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice
- Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics to refine strategies
- Maintain email list hygiene and segmentation for targeted outreach
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to email rendering and deliverability
- Coordinate with design teams to produce responsive email templates
- Implement A/B testing to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and layouts
- Monitor spam trap triggers and sender reputation metrics
- Integrate email analytics with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Support lifecycle marketing initiatives including onboarding and retention
- Report on campaign performance to internal stakeholders
- Stay current with email marketing trends and platform updates
- Manage suppression lists and unsubscribe processing
- Assist in developing lead-nurturing workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar e-commerce email platforms
- Certification in digital marketing or email strategy
- Hands-on experience with API integrations for email systems
- Knowledge of accessibility standards in digital content
- Exposure to international email campaigns and localization
