TransUnion is hiring an Eloqua Marketing Senior Consultant to join our Global Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will serve as a key technical expert responsible for the strategy, execution, optimization, and measurement of automated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and customer engagement.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, test, and deploy automated marketing campaigns in Eloqua, including lead nurturing emails, triggered communications, and data workflows.
- Partner with campaign managers and regional marketing teams to support B2B lead generation programs, ABM initiatives, and lifecycle marketing efforts.
- Maintain and optimize marketing automation processes, ensuring consistent data quality, compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and performance tracking.
- Manage Eloqua assets such as emails, landing pages, forms, and segments, ensuring they follow brand guidelines and best practices.
- Understand Eloqua and Salesforce integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and campaign attribution.
- Create and maintain campaign performance dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve email performance, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay current on Eloqua capabilities, marketing automation trends, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Eloqua (Oracle Marketing Cloud) in a B2B enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, segmentation, campaign design, and marketing attribution.
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and compliance standards.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Eloqua certification is required.
