ICF is hiring an Eligibility QA/QC Lead – Application Processing - Disaster Recovery (Remote)

About the Role

Lead the review and validation of eligibility determinations for disaster recovery applications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to program rules and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise quality assurance and quality control processes for eligibility determinations in disaster recovery initiatives
  • Evaluate application data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established criteria
  • Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions in application processing workflows
  • Develop and maintain QA/QC checklists and review protocols
  • Train team members on quality standards and review procedures
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on QA/QC outcomes
  • Collaborate with program managers to resolve complex eligibility cases
  • Ensure alignment with federal disaster recovery program requirements
  • Conduct regular audits of processed applications
  • Support process improvements to enhance review efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain documentation of QA/QC findings and resolutions
  • Escalate systemic issues to appropriate stakeholders
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to refine eligibility policies
  • Review appeals and reconsiderations for quality compliance
  • Ensure data privacy and security standards are followed
  • Provide feedback to application processors based on audit results
  • Track trends in errors or inconsistencies to inform training needs
  • Assist in developing onboarding materials for new QA/QC staff
  • Coordinate with IT teams to validate system changes affecting eligibility
  • Support disaster recovery readiness and response activities
  • Ensure timely completion of QA/QC cycles within deadlines
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program guidelines and updates
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and program leadership
  • Prepare periodic reports for senior management
  • Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement
