About the Role

The technician will support the setup, testing, and decommissioning of electronic equipment, following safety protocols and technical guidelines to ensure operational integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Install electronic systems according to project specifications
  • Perform routine testing and diagnostics on equipment
  • Verify proper operation of installed components
  • Document installation and service activities
  • Dispose of outdated or non-functional electronics following environmental regulations
  • Follow ESA compliance procedures during all phases of work
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions in electronic assemblies
  • Support field technicians during deployment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Adhere to safety standards when handling electrical systems
  • Use hand and power tools for equipment assembly
  • Interpret technical schematics and diagrams
  • Assist in system upgrades and retrofits
  • Respond to service requests in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with project leads for task prioritization
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive components
  • Participate in quality assurance checks
  • Report technical issues to supervising engineers
  • Follow change management protocols for system modifications
  • Support compliance audits with complete documentation
