About the Role

As a Mid Electronics Engineer, you will play a central role in shaping the next generation of industrial networking and IoT devices. Based in Kaunas, Lithuania, you'll lead hardware design initiatives from concept through production, ensuring robust performance and scalability across a growing ecosystem of connected solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and optimize electronic circuits for advanced networking hardware.
  • Develop and refine printed circuit boards using industry-standard CAD tools.
  • Enhance existing product designs to improve reliability, efficiency, and manufacturability.
  • Investigate and integrate new technologies in response to evolving technical requirements.
  • Generate complete manufacturing documentation and support production teams during assembly and testing.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, offering effective solutions to internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least two years of hands-on experience in electronics engineering.
  • A formal education background in electronics or a closely related field.
  • Proficiency with PCB design software, particularly Altium Designer.
  • Solid understanding of passive and active electronic components and their specifications.
  • Familiarity with PCB assembly methods and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience working with simulation tools such as LTspice to validate circuit behavior.
  • Hands-on experience with test and measurement equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and vector network analyzers.
  • Knowledge of high-frequency signal integrity and EMC design principles.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English to support cross-team collaboration.
  • A structured, goal-focused mindset with a drive to tackle complex technical challenges.
