Responsibilities
- Examine electrical components and deliver accurate, timely failure analysis results
- Offer technical guidance and assistance to lab technicians performing warranty testing
- Develop structured troubleshooting guides using data from warranty failure records
- Engage in digital transformation efforts related to plant operations and quality management
- Evaluate customer returns involving electrical faults following approved test procedures
- Set up, install, and configure software and hardware for test equipment
- Collaborate with development teams on complex failure investigations, unresolved cases, and new tools
- Stay updated on technical advancements and emerging features in current and upcoming products
- Identify patterns in repeated failures and communicate findings to customer-facing teams
- Determine whether defects in returned units originated internally or externally
- Utilize diagnostic software such as CANalyzer and CANoe for electrical system evaluation
- Interpret electrical schematics and Gerber files during printed circuit board assessments
- Meet internal performance benchmarks for analysis speed and accuracy per company standards
- Support procurement activities for new or replacement test equipment
- Generate detailed technical reports for every customer claim analyzed
- Contribute to digitalization efforts in manufacturing and quality measurement systems
- Apply industrial automation tools to recognize known failure modes efficiently
- Assist in JuP1 digital projects including software deployment and robotic process automation
