Responsibilities
- Comply with federal regulatory standards for inspection and operations
- Safely operate various types of equipment during testing procedures
- Follow all safety protocols established by the company, local authorities, state laws, and federal regulations
- Ensure a secure and hazard-free workplace for all team members
- Meet all state and local public health standards applicable to the facility
- Carry out additional tasks as necessary to support daily production timelines
- Perform responsibilities typically assigned to junior-level positions when required
- Maintain cleanliness and order across the facility by adhering to sanitation protocols and monitoring designated zones
- Enforce adherence to safety policies, cleanliness standards, and correct equipment operation
- Monitor and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and safe work behaviors
- Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices and related procedures throughout operations
- Maintain knowledge of job duties for all roles on assigned production lines
- Complete all necessary documentation and daily reporting tasks

- Work conditions include fluctuating temperatures (34-50°F), wet and cold environments, and persistent noise from machinery and cooling systems
- Shifts may involve standing continuously for the entire duration
- Regular lifting of loads up to 50 pounds is necessary
- Frequent bending, twisting, and walking throughout the work period
- Work may occur on floors, ground level, ladders, or rooftops
- Tasks involve working with electrical systems up to 600 volts
- Must be able to work on live circuits in damp or wet conditions when required
- Hands are actively used during approximately 90% of the shift
- Occasional overhead lifting of containers and baskets is required
- Fine motor skills are necessary to keep pace with standard crew productivity rates
