As an Electrical Technician, you'll play a key role in shaping electrical systems for a variety of facilities, from commercial and municipal buildings to industrial sites and utility infrastructure. Working closely with engineering and design professionals, you'll develop detailed electrical solutions and help translate concepts into actionable construction documentation.
What You’ll Do
- Create comprehensive electrical designs for diverse project types, including power distribution, lighting, and code-compliant systems
- Generate precise drawings and technical specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-disciplinary teams throughout all project phases—from initial planning to construction support
- Contribute to field assessments, site reviews, and client interactions as required
- Ensure designs meet safety standards and regulatory requirements through accurate voltage drop analysis and system modeling
What We’re Looking For
A technical professional with an Associate’s Degree in Electrical System Design or a related field, and hands-on experience in electrical design. Familiarity with industry standards and a solid foundation in lighting, power systems, and code compliance are essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
Preference will be given to candidates with over five years of experience, strong coordination abilities, and a collaborative mindset. Some travel may be needed for team meetings, site visits, and client discussions.

Compensation & Work Model
Pay ranges from $28 to $38 per hour, with additional value through employee ownership. The role is based in select U.S. locations and may include hybrid or onsite work options. The company promotes flexibility and respects individual needs through adaptable scheduling and holiday choices.
