Responsibilities
- Create, deploy, and sustain organization-wide quality assurance and quality control policies, standards, and operational procedures
- Lead and supervise QA/QC initiatives across diverse projects and geographic regions
- Define, track, and evaluate quality performance indicators, metrics, and reporting systems
- Drive ongoing improvement efforts to increase quality, operational efficiency, and process consistency
- Ensure adherence to relevant industry codes, regulations, client requirements, and compliance standards
- Manage audits, inspections, and quality evaluations across project lifecycles
- Collaborate with operations, safety, and prefabrication departments to embed quality practices
- Advise on complex quality challenges, risk reduction strategies, and root cause investigations
- Support project commissioning, handover, and client acceptance protocols
- Design and deliver QA/QC training programs and workforce capability development
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and operational excellence goals
- Serve as primary representative in client-facing quality discussions, audits, and meetings

- Primary work environment is office-based with regular travel to active construction sites and regional facilities
- Exposure to construction site conditions such as noise, dust, variable weather, and operating machinery during site visits
- Frequent interaction with executive management, project teams, and external clients
- Required to follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) on job sites
- Frequent travel to project locations and company offices is necessary
- Ability to walk and navigate construction sites, including areas with uneven ground and limited access
- Capable of sitting, standing, and using computer systems for prolonged durations
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Access to document control and audit tracking systems
- Use of communication and collaboration tools for coordination with leadership, clients, and project teams
- Provision of standard PPE for periodic site visits and executive walkthroughs
