Responsibilities

  • Supervise and inspect electrical installations including power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarm)
  • Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, specifications, and method statements
  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation
  • Monitor contractor progress, workmanship, and quality compliance
  • Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and architectural teams to resolve site interface issues
  • Witness testing and commissioning of electrical systems
  • Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Attend progress meetings and prepare inspection and progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and local authority regulations

Requirements

  • UAE National holding a valid family book
  • Experience in site supervision of electrical works on large mixed-use or residential development projects
  • Knowledge of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarm)
  • Familiarity with approved IFC drawings, specifications, and method statements
  • Ability to review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation
  • Experience monitoring contractor progress, workmanship, and quality compliance
  • Proven ability to coordinate with mechanical, civil, and architectural teams
  • Experience witnessing testing and commissioning of electrical systems
  • Ability to identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Experience attending progress meetings and preparing inspection and progress reports
  • Knowledge of HSE standards and local authority regulations
