Responsibilities
- Design automation machine concept and process to meet the requirement
- Create the BoM for automation components and work with purchasing team
- Perform the automation line installation
- Programming the PLC for control automation machines.
- Programming Robotics Coding
- Programming the image processing for automation machines
- Direct contact with in-house and end users
- Provide machine instruction manual and training
Requirements
- Electrical wiring and schematic drawing experience/knowledge is required (Preferably in Eplan)
- Knowledge and experience in Electrical and Pneumatic system design
- Result-oriented, hard-working, and reliable person
- Solid troubleshooting and communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in local language
Nice to Have
- Knowledge and experience with PLC (Siemens) and ABB, KUKA, Robotics programming would be advantageous
- Track record of successful application development is a plus
- Basic Knowledge with image processing/machine vision, robot programming for automation is a plus
- Proficiency in other regional languages, especially Mandarin Chinese, are an asset.
