Responsibilities
- Engages with participants through calls, emails, and online platforms to support educational program operations.
- Schedules speech language pathologists for demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions, arranging necessary equipment and materials.
- Organizes consumer appointments for communication coaching services.
- Ensures timely delivery of devices for hands-on educational activities.
- Tracks and manages rescheduling of canceled sessions in coordination with clinical staff.
- Manages multiple tasks efficiently under pressure and shifting priorities.
- Coordinates the return of loaner devices after events conclude.
- Identifies customer concerns and routes them to appropriate team members.
- Sets up user accounts for external speech language professionals.
- Handles tracking and processes specific to university partnerships.
- Delivers consistent, high-quality customer interactions aligned with organizational values.
- Partners with clinical educators on special projects as needed.
- Provides telephone support for program-related inquiries and issues.
- Plans and manages logistical details for educational events.
- Follows up with leads and contacts to boost participation in learning programs.

- Work Environment & Physical Demands: The incumbent works remotely from their home and is expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access.

- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm – open to PST, MST, CST, and EST time zones.
- Travel by air is required up to two (2) times per year within the US for in-person team meetings and an all-company meeting.
