About the Role

EWOR GmbH is searching for an EdTech Co-Founder / CTO to build and run your own startup. You will embark on a personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, receiving a customized program to enhance goal, time, and energy management. We provide structured support in hiring, fundraising, and achieving product-market-fit.

What You'll Do

  • Build and run your own startup in fields such as EdTech.
  • Follow a fully customized program enhancing goal, time, and energy management.
  • Receive support in hiring through a network of over 50,000 professionals.
  • Get coaching to make your startup 'investible' and ready to raise millions.
  • Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
  • Receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing empire.

What We're Looking For

  • Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
  • Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
  • Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.
