Rockstar (recruiting for a digital health startup) is hiring an Ecommerce Strategy & Implementation Analyst

We are looking for an Ecommerce Strategy & Implementation Analyst to drive data-informed decisions that enhance our digital sales performance. In this role, you will analyze customer behavior, market trends, and platform metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine ecommerce strategies based on performance data and customer insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize digital storefronts and purchasing flows
  • Monitor key performance indicators including conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve user experience and sales outcomes
  • Translate business objectives into actionable digital projects with clear success metrics

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in ecommerce analytics or digital strategy roles
  • Strong proficiency with analytics platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing end-to-end implementation of digital initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field
