Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to identify their eCommerce objectives and document detailed requirements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using Asana, including task assignments, schedules, and ownership details
- Convert client needs into clear, executable instructions for design and development teams
- Establish and share project timelines with clients, keeping all parties updated on milestones and progress
- Proactively follow up with clients to secure required materials and resolve delays or obstacles quickly
- Oversee project outputs to confirm alignment with client expectations and quality benchmarks
