Responsibilities
- Lead conversion rate optimization efforts across product pages, category listings, checkout, and homepage on the Shopify platform
- Design and manage A/B tests and on-site experiments, including tool configuration and performance analysis
- Oversee the Shopify app environment, including tools for upselling, cross-selling, customer reviews, subscriptions, bundling, and site performance
- Ensure smooth integration and resolve technical issues across third-party apps, tracking pixels, and data layers
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and launch updated visuals, product descriptions, and user-generated content on product pages
- Optimize product detail pages on TikTok Shop, including titles, bullet points, images, rich content, and category settings
- Monitor performance metrics on TikTok Shop and report issues to relevant teams
- Work with content and affiliate teams to align product pages with creator-driven traffic strategies
- Stay informed about new TikTok Shop features and communicate relevant updates to internal teams
- Support Amazon listing improvements, including titles, feature bullets, enhanced content, backend keywords, and image assets
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to implement and maintain accurate, high-performing product listings
- Identify and escalate suppressed listings, content violations, or policy alerts and assist in resolving them
- Manage end-to-end email campaign execution in Klaviyo, from setup and testing to scheduling and deployment
- Collaborate with the Growth Director and retention partners on customer journey flows, focusing on hands-on implementation
- Maintain audience segmentation rules, list accuracy, and optimal email send frequency
- Analyze post-campaign reports and share actionable performance insights
- Manage the review management system, overseeing collection, moderation, and distribution of customer reviews
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools to enhance copy, optimize content, and improve workflow efficiency
- Keep documentation updated for standard operating procedures, app configurations, and platform settings
- Assist in launching new sales channels or integrations as the business grows
