Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, focusing on increasing revenue, improving margins, managing pricing, running ads, and controlling inventory.
- Regularly enhance product listings, content, pricing models, and promotional tactics to boost conversion, sales volume, and profit margins.
- Discover potential new products and untapped markets, then partner with internal teams to launch them effectively.
- Create and implement strategies for forecasting demand, maintaining optimal inventory, and reducing operational risks to support efficient scaling.
- Collaborate with Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Design departments to maintain product availability and consistent brand messaging.
- Leverage analytics to inform business decisions, adjust growth strategies, and enhance performance indicators across online sales channels.
