Hadley Designs is hiring an Ecommerce Category Growth Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle management of category performance, covering sales, profitability, pricing, marketing spend, and stock levels
  • Continuously refine product placement, content, pricing models, and promotional campaigns
  • Discover and verify potential new products and areas for market expansion
  • Manage the lifecycle of current products to maintain market fit and financial performance
  • Oversee inventory forecasting and demand modeling to balance growth, cost efficiency, and risk
  • Work closely with Product Operations, Supply Chain, and Design teams to align execution
