Responsibilities
- Product Creation - from inception to sku assignment; review pricing, load images, check categories, type, collection and tags, metafields and metadescriptions, HS codes, COO cost / price , weight, channels etc.
- Group and Collection descriptions/ metadescriptions.
- Review product & site preparedness for launch (channels, listings etc).
- Product architecture projects - correcting costs, tags, product type, metafields etc as assigned.
- Markdowns: Adjust prices, tags and collections (monthly).
- Homepage - update verbiage and prints for each launch, other updates as directed.
- Create POs in Shopify when orders are to be placed.
- Daily review Gorgias for Fletch, Email for BRVE customer service issues.
- Follow process documents, use macros or create new ones if needed.
- Create returns, discount codes, etc., as customer service support requires.
- Load email content into Klaviyo as directed.
- Create collections in Shopify for wholesale brandboom/ Faire sync, dropship sync (on average 1-2 collections/ month).
- Create linesheets in Brandboom (once every 3 months).
- Import orders from Brandboom to Shopify, send invoices, monitor payments, release to ship, monitor shipping.
- Send monthly emails via Faire to announce new products.
- Set up retailer templates with new offers (monthly on average).
- Adjust images to be platform-approved (after templates are created).
- Create RA’s or oversee customer service inquiries on Mirakl.
- Assist as needed with integration of orders or products.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in eCommerce, website maintenance, and related industries
- Experience with content, product, and inventory management
- Experience with SEO & knowledge of non-technical SEO best practices
- Skills and knowledge of Shopify, Amazon & eBay platforms
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 levels)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience with using Google Analytics for project management and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel
- Knowledge of CSS Media queries
