edubily® was looking for an E-Commerce & Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

At edubily®, our mission is to empower people to make informed decisions and take their health into their own hands through knowledge. We are looking for an E-Commerce & Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to build and manage a new Longevity sub-brand from the ground up. You will be responsible for operational e-commerce activities, coordinating external agencies, translating brand ideas into marketing actions, and ensuring consistent cross-channel presence.

What You'll Do

  • Steer the e-commerce activities of the Longevity sub-brand operationally.
  • Coordinate external agencies (Performance, Shop, Content, potentially Offline) and manage timings, budgets, and quality.
  • Translate brand and campaign ideas into concrete marketing measures that are actually implemented.
  • Ensure brand and marketing appear consistently across all channels.
  • Plan and accompany campaigns, launches, and promotions – from idea to implementation.
  • Contribute ideas for offline measures like events or cooperations.
  • Monitor relevant e-commerce and performance KPIs and derive measures.
  • Work closely with Head of Brand, Content/Science team, and external partners.
  • Use and pragmatically develop existing processes and tools at edubily.

What We're Looking For

  • Several years of experience in D2C e-commerce and know how to implement growth.
  • Experience in managing agencies and external service providers.
  • Understand performance metrics, funnels, and conversion logic.
  • Think marketing holistically – digital and offline.
  • Have a genuine interest in longevity, health, and prevention.
  • Work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and communicate clearly.
  • Contribute your own ideas, think them through, and implement them pragmatically.

Nice to Have

  • Ideally have gained both brand and agency experience.

You will work closely with the Head of Brand, the Content/Science team, and external partners.
