Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and oversee a Shopify-based e-commerce platform from start to finish
- Maintain website functionality, user experience, and technical performance
- Deliver a smooth and intuitive customer journey across all digital interactions
- Develop and refine product pages including titles, descriptions, visuals, and pricing
- Organize and manage product groupings, navigation categories, and on-site display tactics
- Uphold brand alignment and engaging visual storytelling throughout the site
- Study customer behavior to uncover opportunities for conversion improvement
- Run A/B testing initiatives to enhance site effectiveness
- Improve key pages including landing pages, product displays, and checkout process
- Monitor core performance metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, revenue, and bounce rate
- Produce recurring reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Use analytics to shape business decisions and scalability plans
- Work closely with marketing teams to synchronize promotional efforts with site experience
- Find ways to boost sales and strengthen customer loyalty
- Continuously experiment, evaluate, and refine e-commerce strategies
